Airbnb's gift for employees joining its Decade Club, for ten years at the company, made with gifting studio &Open. The centrepiece is a close replica of the Rausch Street sign in San Francisco. The founders' apartment on Rausch Street was the first ever Airbnb. A small arrow sign on top gives the year the employee started, such as 2012 →, so the sign points back to where both the company and that person began. It came in a long box printed with the recipient's name, alongside a T-shirt in Airbnb's original merch design with the old logo, a Decade Club sleeve tag and a note from the founders.
